Works so much better than a towel or an elastic band. To improve comfort, I trimmed the sharp corners off the velcro tabs, which work well at holding the wrap on your foot. I would not spend $200 for the stretcher in my Instagram feed but thought it would be useful for my ski trip. I found this one at a much more reasonable price. It does the same thing although it is a bit clumsy. Good for stretching the bottom of your feet, the calves, the hamstring, the quads, psoas, shins.

I have tightness in my Achilles tendon and plantar fasciitis, this was recommended for continuing stretching. Super easy to use a few minutes a day usually. Quality seems good so far no issues.

Maybe just me
I was anxious to try this but it may have caused my knee to have problems. Could have been something else. If you buy it just make sure you introduce it slowly.
