1. About Barefoot Shoes
Q: What makes your barefoot shoes different from regular shoes?
A: Our barefoot shoes feature a zero-drop sole, wide toe box, and ultra-thin flexible outsole, allowing your feet to move naturally. Unlike traditional stiff shoes, they support balance, posture, and natural walking mechanics.
Q: Are these shoes suitable for everyday wear?
A: Yes. They’re designed for daily walking, outdoor activities, casual wear, and light hiking. The lightweight structure reduces foot fatigue, even during long walks.
Q: Will barefoot shoes help with foot, knee, or back discomfort?
A: Many customers report reduced discomfort after switching, thanks to better alignment and natural movement. However, results may vary depending on individual conditions and adaptation time.
Q: Do barefoot shoes feel uncomfortable at first?
A: If you’re new to barefoot shoes, a short adjustment period is normal. We recommend wearing them 1–2 hours a day initially, then gradually increasing usage as your feet adapt.
2. Fit & Sizing
Q: How should barefoot shoes fit?
A: They should feel snug around the midfoot and heel, with plenty of space for toes to spread naturally. The toe box is intentionally wider than conventional shoes.
Q: Should I size up or down?
A: We recommend choosing your regular shoe size. If you’re between sizes or prefer extra room, sizing up may be more comfortable. Please refer to our size chart for best results.

Q: Are the shoes non-slip?
A: Yes. All models feature durable non-slip rubber outsoles designed for stability on various surfaces, including wet or uneven ground.
Q: Are they waterproof or water-resistant?
A: Some models (such as Everest Pro, Arctic, and Frostline Max) are water-resistant or water-repellent, making them suitable for autumn and winter conditions. Please check each product page for specific details.
Q: Are they suitable for winter or cold weather?
A: Yes. Selected models include warm lining and enhanced insulation, offering comfort in colder temperatures without sacrificing flexibility.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Orders are shipped from our international fulfillment centers. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: How can I track my order?
