1. Returns
We offer a 60-day return window from the date you receive your items.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging with all original labels attached.

Exclusions: Customized products (such as those with personalized lettering) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Shipping Fees: * Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The fee will depend on the courier service you choose.

Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Restocking: There are no restocking fees for returned products.

2. How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorized by our team first. Please contact us at info@chiccorsa.com to obtain a return authorization before sending your item back. Important: Do not return the package to the address shown on the shipping label, as this is not our official return address. Returns sent to an invalid or unapproved address cannot be processed for exchange or refund.
3. Refunds

5. Shipping Damage & Protection
We take great pride in our products, but we cannot control the shipping process.

Seel Shipping Protection: If you purchased Seel Shipping Protection at checkout, you are covered for delivery delays, loss, or damage.
