The primary (owner) account can share access with up to 8 other users. Up to 3 users can view the live video feed simultaneously, but only one user at a time can use the two-way audio intercom feature.

Try the following steps if you're having trouble connecting your camera to Wi-Fi:
- Make sure you’re connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported).
- Double-check that your Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are entered correctly.
- Ensure the camera is within 33 feet (10 meters) of your Wi-Fi router.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone during setup (no need to manually pair via Bluetooth).
- If you changed your Wi-Fi password or the camera was disconnected: Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera resets. Re-add the camera to your app account and reconnect it to Wi-Fi.

This camera is doing its job very nice. I am able to hear the doorbell when I am on my bedroom. The set up was easy but because my wifi modem is in my room, I was losing signal all the time on my camera. I resolved the situation with an wifi extender that I was not using. Now, the offline issue is resolved. Also, I used a very strong wider velcro to install on my door. I live in an apartment, so I decided not to get the membership. I still can see for 10 seconds anyone who pass by my door and I can receive alerts when they touch the doorbell camera. The battery is long lasting and very easy to remove to charge

This is a very good, economically priced, doorbell camera. It has a doorbell that will sound on your phone or on the plugged in device. The battery is a long life battery, with setting for optimization. The picture is in color, and very clear, with night vision. The camera range for movement detection, is very good. 75+ feet if the settings are correct. The reason back voice speaker is a good option on this device. You can be in the back yard, or at the store talking to someone on your porch.

This doorbell camera really impressed me. It was easy to install connected quickly to WiFi and the image looks super clear even at night. It detects motion well and notifies me right away on my phone. I can talk to whoever rings the doorbell with no problem because the sound is clear. It runs on batteries so there's no need for wiring. For the price it's totally worth it.

This is the PERFECT accommodation to a doorbell camera. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Records videos, the quality is good for its price. Decent battery life, however if you're one to watch it super often, you gotta charge it every other day. Easy to use, the app is easy to understand. I just love this! Vs. A $100+ camera that does the same shifff but with a needed subscription
